302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Customer bottle washer and filler is not achieving minimum rinse temperatures: tested multiple cycles with probe thermometer and at plate temperatures were 66 deg C, 61 deg C -Operator requires a means to test the temperatures of the wash at this unit on a daily basis Corrective Action(s): -Minimum rinse temperatures at plate level is 71.0 deg C for adequate cleaning and sanitizing Have the unit serviced. You are to cease customers cleaning their bottles at this unit. Only the unused new bottles may be used for refilling in the meantime. -Obtain a min-max thermometer with a heat shield to test the unit Violation Score: 15
