Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No sanitizer bottles/buckets prepared at the time of inspection. Mixed up a spray bottle during the inspection of 100 ppm chlorine (1/2 teaspoon bleach in 1 L of water). Labelled it "bleach." Please begin using sanitizer on food contact surfaces throughout the day. Sanitizer kills germs to a higher extent than soap, as soap mainly acts to break down particles of grease, dirt, debris, etc.

New equipment in kitchen has been fully installed - stainless steel. Looks great.
Coolers operating at </= 4C; Freezers at </= -18C; hot-holding at >/= 60C;
Temperature records maintained
Handsinks equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
Glasswasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine at the glass level
Ice machine free of mould and rust; scoop stored separetely
Low-temperature dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine at the plate level upon final rinse cycle. Test strips available.
Foods stored covered, 6" off the ground and protected from contamination
No signs of pests observed; pest control contract in-effect. Screen door on back door.
Please ensure that at all times, at least on staff member has FoodSafe Level 1 or equivalent. All FoodSafe certificates without expiry dates have expired as of January 2019. FoodSafe certificates must be renewed every 5 years going forward. Please keep copies of FoodSafe certificates on site for inspector to review.
