Follow up inspection:
-Upright fridge was at 7.8 degrees C at the time of inspection (from 10 AM to 10:30 AM). A note on the cooler stated that a service call was placed.
-Temperature log for this cooler was last completed on March 2, 2019.
-Staff member posted a sign on the fridge to not store potentially hazardous food inside it until it is maintained at or below 4 degrees C upon request by the district Environmental Health Officer of Fraser Health.
-Cold potentially hazardous food placed into the fridge recently (less than 2 hours ago) was transferred into the walk-in-cooler.
-Staff member voluntarily discarded whipping cream that was in the fridge since yesterday.

The following requires your attention:
1. Repair, adjust, or replace the upright fridge so that it is maintained at or below 4 degrees C; Correct by March 14, 2019.
2. Do not store any potentially hazardous food inside the upright cooler until it is maintained at or below 4 degrees C. If a small amount of sliced fruit or soy beverage is placed into it for lunch service only today, make sure it is a small amount that can be consumed in 2 hours and create a time stamp. Reminder: Cold potentially hazardous food above 4 degrees C for more than 2 hours must be discarded.
3. Please contact the district Environmental Health Officer (business card was provided) for a follow up inspection once the upright cooler is maintained at or below 4 degrees C; Correct by March 14, 2019.
