Observation: Hotplate and gas stove under counter cooling cabinets measured at 19.8C and 15.2C air ambient temperature. No food is being stored in the units.
Corrective Action(s): Service the aforementioned items to hold an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower. No food are to be stored in the aforementioned items until they are able of holding an air ambient temperature of 4C or lower. Corrected by: next routine inspection.

Follow-up Inspection conducted today for report#JCHY-C4BT7K.
The following infractions have been corrected in report#JCHY-C4BT7K.
-Maximum occupancy signage posted at customer washrooms. Male washroom maximum occupancy is 2 and female is 4.
-Maximum occupancy signage posted at the common lunch area located at the table booth for staff.
-Portable fan in the kitchen area does not blow air from one patron to another; portable fans are situated facing the wall.
-All handwashing stations are well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
-Meat slicer observed to be in sanitary condition. No built-up of food debris observed along the top guard and blade.
-Chest freezer measured at an air ambient temperature of -18C.
-Front kitchen prep cooler cover repaired to close properly. Prep coolers measured at 4C air ambient temperature.
-Raw meat, seafood, and cooked meat stored under ice packs in a walk-in cooler able to hold an air temperature of 4C or lower. Walk-in cooler measured at 4C.
-Raw meat, seafood, and cooked meat measured between 2-3C in the walk-in cooler.
