Quat sanitizer at 200ppm concentration in spray bottle. Dispenser at 3 compartment sink at 200ppm concentration
Note: Sanitizer bucket must be filled at all times in front serving area and back kitchen prep area. Spray bottle to be used for the front dining area and use a new cloth during each cleaning period.
3rd compartment sink should also be filled with sanitizer at all times.Additionally when you check sanitizer daily, you should be recording the concentration.
