Hand wash station supplied with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers. Sanitizer bottle 200ppm Quat 2 compartment sink for cleaning. Cleaning area inside Triple O's Concession Kiosk downstairs, 3 compartment sink and Quat sanitizer 200ppm. Trolley to bring down equipment when necessary. Prep areas are generally clean. Coffee canister require cleaning, some left over residue. Use solution designed for this specific product from the manufacturer (phosphate based). Fridges for milk creamers and hot dogs <4C. Thermometer inside cooler. Cleaning for equipment has improved. Cleaning for floors: some popcorn kernels and other food debris visible on the floors near the entrance. Please ensure clean up is done after each game or opening and that garbage and sweep is emptied. No signs of pests at the time of inspection. No hot holding at the time of inspection.
