Inspection report 257669 Met with Jeff, GM, and discussed the following: - New proposed/ extended food prep area/ additional coolers and freezers space/ dry storage to the existing kitchen - ECO lan is pest control certified company providing services - It is also a chemical supplier Please ensure to keep daily chemical logs for your low temp dishwasher and glass washer - Chlorine measured at 100ppm Iodine and chlorine test strips to be provided for a daily monitoring - Daily temp logs are available Please ensure that food in the walk in cooler/ freezer is protected and covered during storage and off the floor
