Introduction
An unscheduled routine inspection was conducted to assess compliance with the Community Care & Assisted Living Act (CCALA), the Child Care Licensing Regulation (CCLR) and the relevant Director of Licensing Standards of Practice (DOLSP). All care categories were inspected for compliance.

Comments
Summary of Inspection
At the inspection dated March 15, 2024 there were seven children and two staff present. At this inspection no contraventions were identified. As part of this routine inspection, a facility risk assessment tool is completed and a copy is provided. This report was reviewed with the manager and written on site. A copy of this report will be emailed to the manager.
The following were discussed:
Section 37 Child Care Licensing Regulation. An ECE staff is away for more than 30 consecutive days they must be replaced with an ECE qualified staff unless a staffing exemption has been approved by the Licensing Officer.
