Walk-in cooler was at or below 4 deg C. Walk-in freezer was at or below -18 deg C. Produce wash area - hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Quats sanitizer (in sink) was at 200 ppm. Oven area for baking breads was in sanitary condition. Store area - display coolers were at or below 4 deg C. Cut fruits are stored under refrigeration. No signs of pests noted except for some flies. General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection
