Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff indicated that dishes that are in the three compartment sink only go through the manual wash, rinse and air dry steps. The sanitizing step is missing.
Corrective Action(s): - Staff were educated on the importance of wash, rinse, sanitize and air dry process of manual ware washing
- A sanitizer solution was set up in one of the compartments of the three compartment sink, sanitizer registered at 100 ppm chlorine
- All dishes that were washed today were in the process of being washed, rinsed, sanitized and air dried

Observation: In the absence of the operator, no staff on duty has a valid FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent certification. Staff indicated that the staff member who had FOODSAFE Level 1 certification had just finished their shift.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that during operating hours and in the absence of the operator, at least one staff member has FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent certification.
- Send confirmation email to District Health Inspector about the enrolment and successful completion of a FOODSAFE Level 1 or equivalent course

Routine Inspection
- All cooler units registered a temperature at or below 4 deg C
- All frozen items in the freezer were frozen solid
- Pizzas on display are discarded every two hours. 12pm, 2pm, 4pm etc.
- Handwashing station is supplied with hot and cold running water liquid soap and paper towel
- three compartment sink is available for manual ware washing (see code 302)
- Food contact sanitizer bucket with wiping cloth registered at 100 ppm chlorine
- Overall sanitation is satisfactory
- No signs of obvious pest activity
