Mechanical (low temperature) dishwasher measured 100ppm chlorine.
Sanitizer in pail measured 100ppm chlorine by end of inspection.
Range hood to be professionally cleaned within a week.
Storage:
Food stored in restaurant facility by end of inspection.
All food stored at least 6" off floor.
Chemicals and cleaners stored separate from food & food preparation areas.
