Observation: 2 door preparation table freezer measured 0.7°C at time of inspection. Unit observed to be packed full; potentially obstructing air flow.
Corrective Action(s): Educate staff to reduce amount of food stored in unit. Air flow is important to maintaining temperatures. This unit is not a chest freezer. Ensure unit can maintain temperatures of -18°C or less.
Recommended to have unit serviced.

Observation: 1. *REPEAT* (Since June 2023) Food (Potatoes,Onions) stored in common area (emergency exit) of building.
2. *REPEAT* (Since June 2023) Range hood observed to have heavy build up of grease and spices. Staff stated unit will be professionally cleaned within a week.
Corrective Action(s): 1. All food and equipent meant for stores use is to be stored within approved facility. Educate all staff to keep food products within restaurant area.

Observation: 1. Front sweets display cooler off at start of inspection. Staff stated products were placed inside this morning.
Correction: 1. Products to be discarded after 4 hours total lapses, as per time controlled product. Unit turned on during inspection. Do not fill with potentially hazardous foods until unit can hold temperatures of 4°C or less.

2. All products made using these products are to be discarded as per approved food safety plan: contaminated food.
3. Any unopened containers of food colouring is recommended to be returned to supplier.
4. Forward any invoices for this product to your district inspector.
