No issues noted. New stainless steel countertop in place. Great. Cooling units less than 4 C. Hot holding ok. Freezers below -18 C. Dishwasher at 75 C at plate Spray sanitizer at 100 ppm (Using small soap dispenser for dosing bleach - works well). Facility looks great.
