Observation: Small amount of mice and rats droppings (3 to 5) observed under and on the heavy duty storage shelves (back and front areas).
One mouse observed on a sticky trap under the heavy duty shelf in the customer area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean all rodent droppings & sanitize shelves and floor.
Please notify the pest service provider; which is available (Note: service once or two times a month).

General sanitation - satisfactory (but required attention in some areas; please see violation sections).
Walk in coolers at 4 C; & well organized.
Display and walk in freezers - satisfactory.
Note: Display cooler for not potentially hazardous food (Fruits & vegetables).
Note: Vegetables and other produce sold as whole. No processing on site.
Two compartment sink available for manual dishwashing of utensils (i.e. tongs, scoops).
Sanitizer - available.
All foods stored off the floor. All in good conditions.
Staff washrooms - satisfactory.

Note: Two cardboard boxes with eggs pass their best before expiration date. Removed from the walk-in cooler at the time of inspection.

Recommendation:
Please keep the back door closed all the time to prevent pests enter.
