- Coolers and freezers in the store front are maintained & measured <4C & <-18C, respectively - Handsink in the back area is equipped with hot & cold running water, liquid soap & paper towels - 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available - Foods are stored off of floor - Walk-in coolers and freezers in the back measured <4C, -18C, respectively - Meat processing area is maintained in a sanitary manner. Prevention of cross-contamination between different products noted. - General sanitation is satisfactory - Temperature log is kept - No pest infestation noted at the time of inspection NOTE: - Observed washing of produce in one of the compartments in the dishwashing sinks. Ensure to remove detergent/sanitizer hose before washing produce.
