- Handsink in the back area is equipped with hot & cold running water, liquid soap & paper towels
- 200ppm QUAT sanitizer available
- Foods are stored off of floor
- Walk-in coolers and freezers in the back measured <4C, -18C, respectively
- Meat processing area is maintained in a sanitary manner. Prevention of cross-contamination between different products noted.
