Routine Inspection conducted today.

Handwashing sinks well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Chlorine sanitizer buckets measured at 100ppm. QUATs dispenser and spray bottle measured at 200ppm. 2-compartment sink available for warewashing. High-temperature dishwasher final rinse temperature measured at 180F.
Walk-in cooler measured at 4C. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. No hot-holding at the time of inspection. Temperature logs are well maintained. Temperature logs shows cooling units adheres to temperature health requirements.
Meat slicer in sanitary condition.
No signs of pests observed.

NOTE: De-clutter the walk-in freezer to facilitate ease of cleaning. Follow the premise's Sanitation Plan in cleaning and disinfecting underneath the cooking equipment and stainless steel worktables to prevent built-up of food debris.

Overall, facility is well organized.
