Observation: Observation : Premise is not maintained in a sanitary condition under cooklines, pop syrup area, and other equipments in the kitchen area. Dusts, food debris, and single use cups were noted on floor and under counter.
Corrective Action(s): Corrective action : clean up the debris and dusts under counter and hard to reach locations in the kitchen area. Maintain the premise in a sanitary condition by routine cleaning in a daily basis.

- All potentially hazardous foods such as shelled eggs have time stamps and will be discarded after 2 hours if unused.
- Dry storage area upstairs is clean and not cluttered. Every thing is on shelves and at least 15cm off the floor.
