Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BFGPR4:

Small preparation cooler in servery inserts still at ~6-7 degrees C with lower section ambient air temperature at ~8 degrees C after servicing. Operator's accurate indicating thermometer placed inside also reading ~8 degrees C. After 5 minutes ambient air temperature lowered to 6-7 degrees C. Adjust setting to a lower temperature or service if required. Do not store any cold potentially hazardous foods until unit is capable of maintaining 4 degrees C.
