Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large stock pot of soup stored in the walk-in cooler. Internal temperature measured 12C. Staff stated that it had been made yesterday.
Corrective Action(s): Discard soup. Food must be cooled from 60-20C in 2 hours or less and 20-4C in 4 hours or less. Soup must be split into smaller containers to facilitate cooling.

Observation: Prep cooler in the front area and in the kitchen area measured 10C and 15C respectively.
Corrective Action(s):
1) Discard all potentially hazardous foods from these coolers
2) Repair or replace coolers. Ensure that they are able to achieve and maintain 4C.

Observation:
1) Mould observed in ice machine.
2) Rice scoop stored in room temperature water
Corrective Action(s):
1) Clean and sanitize ice machine.
2) Rice scoop must be stored in ice water. Scoop and container must be cleaned and sanitized every four hours and the ice water changed.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Soap not available by handsink.
Corrective Action(s): Handsink must always be fully stocked. Pump soap provided at the time of inspection.

Corrective Action(s): All foods must be stored within the facility and at least 6 inches or 15cm off the floor.

Observation: Droppings noted in downstairs storage area.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize all areas where rodent droppings are found with a 1:10 bleach solution (1 cup bleach in 10 cups water). BC HealthLink File "Getting Rid of Rodents (Rats and Mice)" in Korean provided to operator.
