More thorough cleaning of the floor under the employee lockers is needed. Temperature of hot and cold holding equipment were satisfactory. No concerns noted with food processing and protection. Food handler hygiene appeared to be satisfactory. No obvious signs of pest infestations. Temperature log is maintained.
