Corrective Action(s): Service aformentioned equipment to ensure handwashing sink can dispense cold and hot water. Temporary use other kitchen handwashing sink until the handwashing sink near the deep fryer has been serviced. Corrected by: January 17, 2024. Violation Score: 3

Routine Inspection conducted today. Handwashing sink near drive-thru well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. Chlorine sanitizer bucket measured at 200ppm prepared at the time of inspection. 3-compartment sink sanitizing at 200ppm chlorine. Food preparation sink available. QUATs dispenser measured at 200ppm but not being used. Prep cooler, stand-up cooler, walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower. Walk-in freezer measured at -18C. Hot-holding unit is being warmed up at the time of inspection. Ice machine observed to be of sanitary condition. Exhaust hood vents observed to be in sanitary condition. Food observed to be stored at least 6 inches off the floor. No signs of pest observed NOTE: Purchase paper towel holder for front handwashing sink. Ensure daily cleaning underneath hard to reach areas to prevent built-up food debris. Overall, facility is well organized.
