Facility not in operation at time of inspection
- Handwashing station fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, paper towels
- All coolers, except the one mentioned above, measure 4C and below
- All freezers measure -18C and below
- No hot holding at time of inspection
- Bleach water sanitizer measure 200ppm in spray bottle
- QUAT sanitizer measure 200ppm at dispenser
- Two compartment sink with high temperature dishwasher, dishwasher measure 71C and above at final rinse at plate level
- No signs of pests
- Temperature log is maintained for coolers, freezers, and high temperature dishwasher
- Thermometer is equipped in all the coolers
- Permit is posted
- Ventilation hood observed to be clean without grease accumulation

- Please clean/sweep out the debris under the dry storage shelving, the hot holding and prep cooler.
