Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Operator using soap - no bleach for wiping counters
Corrective Action(s): Use a bleach solution for wiping counters in the kitchen. Ensure the solution is bleach only, when soap and bleach is mixed the soap binds to the bleach and no longer is effective.

Observation: Walk -in freezer, back shelves under the fan covred in ice. Fan appears to be dripping/leaking and ice build up is observed on food and shelves
Corrective Action(s): Remove food from the shelves affected. Discard any food that is not fully sealed such as open boxes- not sealed inside bags. Sealed food items can be moved to a working freezer or other side of the freezer.
