Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUATs sanitizer pails were measured at 0 ppm. It was replenished with 200 ppm QUATs at this time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Hand washing station next to the dishwasher was obstructed with containers, and it was missing a single use paper towels. A staff removed the obstruction and replenished paper towels at this time.

Observation: 1. Back fridge's ambient air temperature measured at 6.1C. A staff adjusted the temperature to 4C at the time of inspection.
2. Bar fridge measured at 11.9C. Thermostat adjusted at this time. Temperature remain at 11-12C. The temperature log shows the bar fridge was measeured at 10C since May 14, 2023, morning shift.
Corrective Action(s): 2. Bar fridge to be serviced/adjusted so that it can maintain foods at or below 4C at all time. Do not use the bar bridge to store any potentially hazardous foods until it is serviced then verified by the district health inspector.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
General sanitation is adequate.
Freezers at adequate temperature.
Coolers measured at 4C after adjustment (see an exception in the violation section).
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 73.7C at the plate level.
Food contact surfaces sanitizer measured at 100-200 ppm chlorine and 200 ppm QUATs
No sign of recent pest activity at this time.
Ice machine in a sanitary condition.
