Paper based inspection Report #252731: *Permit posted in plain public view. *Hand sink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels. *Sanitizer (quats) measured 200 ppm. *Display and upright cooler was at or below 4 deg C (ambient temp.). *Freezer was at -16 deg C (baked goods stored in this unit). *High temp dishwasher reached 71 deg C at plate surface. *Temperature log available and up to date. - Ensure to include dishwasher temp. check. *Staff on duty - Food Safe I *All items prepared inside the kitchen. - Upstairs kitchen no longer used for storage and preparation *General sanitation was satisfactory at time of visit. *Pest control monitoring in place. NOTE: Provided operator with hand washing sign to be posted at the hand sink.
