-Temperature records are available for the coolers and freezers in the back of the store, however, they were not being done every day. Ensure that they are being checked and completed daily.
All coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18.
No evidence of pests, pest control report reviewed during the inspection.
Quats sanitizer solution was at 200 ppm.
The bulk dishwasher reached a temperature of 74 C at the plate.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
