Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Containers of coconut and other chutney sauces at the buffet line were 63-66F/ 17-19C. The bottom of the containers were not touching the ice.
Corrective Action(s): Sauces have been discarded. Ensure that the level of the ice is the same as the level of the food inside the containers.

Observation: Coconut chutney and corinder chutney displayed at the buffet tables were not cold. Must be 4C or below to be safe.
Correction: Ensure there is adequate ice.
Comments

Kitchen and staff washroom have been cleaned. Continue to clean daily and deep clean at least once per week.
Food probe thermometer has been purchased and temperature of the kitchen steam table is recorded on log sheet.
- Also check and record temperature of the fridges and buffet and record.
Sanitizer bucket has been obtained. Fill them with sanitizer not water. Store wiping rags in these.
Opening on the floor under the bar has been resealed.
