Comments

-Light covers to be installed in the back.
-Soap dispensers to be installed throughout the restaurant.
-Prep cooler was at 8-9 C. Adjusted during the inspection.

All other coolers were < 4 C.
All freezers were < -18 C.
Hot holding was > 60 C.
No evidence of pests, pest control comes on site regularly.
Bleach was at 100 ppm.
General sanitation was satisfactory.
