Routine inspection conducted: Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels. All coolers measured at 4C or less. Freezers at adequate temperature. Hot holding measured at 60C or higher. Temperature log available and in use. General food storage practice is adequate. No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time. Ice machine in sanitary condition. Storage practice of in-use utensils is excellent. Food contact surface sanitizers measured at 200 ppm QUATs as per test strips. High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle measured at 77.7C Small amount of dried food debris noted under the prep sink and 2 door cooler. Food debris to be cleaned.
