Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): - Handwashing station #1 (nearest to the high temperature dishwasher) was completely obstructed by a mop/bucket. There was no paper towels inside the paper towel dispenser.
- Handwashing station #2 (nearest to the till) had no soap/no paper towels inside the dispensers.
- Handwashing station #3 (in the deli section): There was inadequate flow of hot water.
Corrective Action(s): Fix the issues noted above. ALL handwashing stations must be fully stocked with adequate flow of hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels. Proper handwashing is one of the most effective ways to prevent foodborne illnesses.

- General sanitation satisfactory.
- Surface sanitizer available in designated buckets with presoaked wiping cloths at 100ppm chlorine concentration.
- High temperature dishwasher achieved 73C at the plate's level during the final rinse cycle.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks. Dry food items must be stored min 15cm (6inches) off the floor.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. A professional pest control company inspects monthly.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.

Temperature control:
- All coolers: < or = 4C
- All freezers: < or = -18C
- Hot holding units > or = 60C
- Thermometers available in all coolers and freezers.
- Daily temperature logs kept up to date. Verified at the time of the inspection.
