Soap dispenser reinstalled in public washroom and operational. Discussed with manager onsite that creamers should be kept at 4C or colder. Product left in room temperature for more than 4 hours should be discarded. Creamers kept in cooler. Recommended test strips to be ordered and in use for Quats spray bottle.
