Follow up inspection:
-Affected area in the dry storage room was cleaned to remove rodent droppings.
-Continue with the pest control measures discussed (check for droppings/signs of recent pest activity, pest control program, keeping doors closed, sealing entry points, regular cleaning, and protecting all food/food contact surfaces from contamination).
-Pest control program via All Catch Pest Control was in place on a monthly basis (last report dated May 8, 2018). Keep copies of the pest control reports on-site as they will be checked during the next inspection.
-Inserts for buffet items at room temperature without a sneeze-guard previously noted during the routine inspection at the table were removed. The table was only being used to store coffee dispensing equipment.
