Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including staff washroom, accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
Refrigeration unit was noted at 4C.
Note: One of the display cooler was at 10C, only holding hard cheeses - please ensure to have this unit fix and able to maintain 4C or below.
Freezer was noted at -18C.
Bleach sanitizer spray bottle available. 200 PPM chlorine residual available.
Proper dispensers noted available for bulk food. Used and new bin available for used and new scoops.
General cleanliness and organization acceptable.
Operator's FOODSAFE level 1 certificate available.
