Paid caterers must have a valid food permit. Call if you have questions. Fridge is at 4 C or colder - good. Thermometer is available. Hand sink has liquid soap and paper towels - good. Commercial dishwasher has a hot water sanitizing rinse (160 F/ 71 C+ measured inside of the machine & 180 F+ shown on the gauge) - good.
