- Line cooler nearest walk-in freezer measured 4C in the drawers. Inserts were approximately 4C on the half without any gaps in the inserts; inserts were 9C on the half with gap. Seal the gaps and monitor the temperature as per the template provided. If the temperature of the food rises above 4C, foods must be moved into the walk-in cooler - Continue to work on other violations as noted in previous inspections
