Overall premises is maintained in a sanitary manner. Handsink is equipped with liquid soap, paper towel and hot/cold running water. 3 compartment sink is being used appropriately and sanitizer achieves 200ppm QUATS. All coolers were measured to be below 4C. All freezers units were below -18C. Food storage was satisfactory. No signs of pest activity. Pest company is scheduled bi-weekly.
