Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Glass-door cooler measured with a ambient air temperature of 8C. Milk and yoguart stored inside measured with an internal product temperature of 8C. Both food items were stored in this cooler for more than 2 hours.
Corrective Action(s): Milk and yoguart were discard by the operator. Do NOT store any potentially hazardous food in the glass-door cooler until it is able to maintain an ambient air temperature of 4C or less.
