-All coolers were below 4 degC -Walk-in freezer temperature was -20 degC -No hotholding was being done at the time of inspection -Dishwasher rinse temperature was 75 degC at plate level -Hand sink's fully equipped -No pest issues noted during the inspection -Premise is well maintained -200ppm quats is available for use -Abell pest control is on contract -Temperature logs are being maintained, however cold food temperatures are being recorded under "cooking" column. As discussed, look into amending the log to include a column for cold food temperatues e.g. sandwiches
