Comments

Routine check. Kitchen was closed due to fire in adjacent building. Water damage did not affect the kitchen however the power was turned off and refrigerated and frozen food was discarded. Both coolers are at 4C or colder. Hand washing station has liquid soap, paper towels in dispensers, and hot/cold running water. Premises has been cleaned and wooden surfaces were repaired along the edge of the prep table. The floor tiles by the dishwasher have been repaired and the wall by the service counter was painted. The commercial dishwasher has a sanitizing rinse of 71 C at the plate (82+ C at the gauge). Freezer is keeping food at -12 C as measured inside.
