-Line cooler has been repaired. Temperature of the unit was 2C. *Replace thermometer is unit as it not working properly and reading an inaccurate temperature. Ensure temperature of cooler is monitored to ensure it is maintaining a temperature of 4C or colder. -Potentially hazardous food stored under proper temperature controls (in coolers or hot holding units) -Raw animal products have been removed. Cooking raw animal products not permitted no exhaust canopy present. Grease laden vapours must not be produced. Pre-cooked burgers, chicken are being used and re-heated in the oven as per previous food safety procedures. ***No changes to menu without prior review and written approval from Fraser Health***
