Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Yogurt was at 6C. The ice underneath was mixed with water and was therefore quite melted. Cold potentially hazardous foods must be held at or below 4C to slow the growth of bacteria.
Corrective Action(s): Yogurt was placed in cooler and ice water was drained. If melted ice is to be used, it must be replaced frequently so that the yogurt remains at 4C or less. Consider leaving the yogurt's lid on through out the day (especially when not busy), mixing the yogurt frequenty or filling the container only half full

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Third compartment sink had only 50ppm of quats sanitizer inside. A minimum concentration of 200ppm of quats is required for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action(s): Staff drained the sink and re-filled with new quats. Ensure that the sinks are drained regularly to maintain the required concentration of sanitizer
