Observation: Small blender for gommae sauce appear to have mildew on the bottom.
Corrective Action(s): Please thoroughly clean and sanitize the blender.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Low temperature dishwasher measured at 0ppm chlorine after three tries. No solution dispensed from tube. Temperature log on the dishwasher has no date and indicate 100ppm on chlorine and iodine section.
No sanitizer in the sushi bar area.
Corrective Action(s): Dishwasher repaired at end of inspection, 50ppm chlorine dispensed.
100ppm chlorine sanitizer must be available in the food preparation area.

Observation: Hot water in handwash station by tempura station is pulsing with loud hammering sound. Possible water pressure issue.
Corrective Action(s): Please repair so there is adequate hot and cold running water available. Technician arrived at end of inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A mixing bowl stored in handsink in sushi bar.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store anything inside handwash station, it needs to be accessible at all times.

Observation: Box of avocados stored on the floor in the sushi bar. Beer stored in the staff washroom.
Corrective Action(s): Store food 6 inches off the ground and never in washroom.

Observation: Food debris noted on kitchen floor (between fridges, floor under stoves, fryer and sushi bar area) and grease build up on exhaust hood.
Corrective Action(s): Please clean and sanitze all noted areas by follow up inspection.

Corrective Action(s): Dishwasher repaired at end of inspection.
Repair paper towel dispenser so it is functional.
