Routine inspection conducted. Premise is available for use by patrons renting out the area, and was not in use at time of inspection. The following was noted: Premise is well maintained and in excellent sanitary condition Hand wash station / 2-compartment sink adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels. Restrooms maintained in good sanitary condition No evidence of recent, visible pest activity noted Cupboards and cabinets well maintained and organized. Only janitorial equipment on-site. Patrons bring their own dishware and kitchen equipment to the facility *Ensure that there is bleach available for cleaning and sanitizing the facility when it is in operation*
