-all equipment has been cleaned and ready for use. -freezer was -4 deg. C -drying rack and shelving have been installed -holes in cooler have been filled as well as in walls. -sneeze guard is in place. (temporary permanent still to be installed). Note-glass wall still to be installed Note-Ensure all seals on floors/baseboards are coved all the way through -application needs to be submitted -premises is ok to open
