Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Prep table observed to be holding temperatures at 6.0°C at time of inspection.
2. 1 door upright cooler (Efi) observed to be hoding temperatures at 8.0°C at time of inspection. Unit measured 5.5°C by inspection end.
Corrective Action(s): For above items,
1. monitor and keep logs to ensure units can maintain temperatures of 4°C or less.
2. if either units cannot maintain temperatures,
a. contact refrigeration technician to have unit serviced
b. discard potentially hazardous foods as per food safety plan.
