Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Upon inspection there was Lysol disinfectant and an airwick aerosol spray accessible to the children.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure hazardous materials or substances are not accessible to the children.

Observation: Upon review of the children's attendance records, 3 departure times had not been recorded.
