Follow up inspection conducted due to ownership
The walk-in-cooler in the Meat Dept., was 2C. It had racks and meat grinder in it.
- 3-comp sink + h/w sink installed in Meat Dept.
- The walls and junctions have been sealed.
- Raw wood has been painted.
- Thermometers present in all coolers and freezers
