Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dessert cooler at 10C to 12C air temp and internal temp of sandwiches
Operator had a repair company in repair it however it is still not at 4C

Back door has auto closing hinge now to prevent flies from entering
There is now a thermometer inside the Dessert cooler that was reading 10C at time of inspection
