Routine inspection conducted. Facility is a food store that offers occasional samples. The following observations were made:

Hand wash station stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels in back area and in restroom
"J512" quaternary ammonium compound sanitizer available in spray bottle, measured at 200 ppm at time of inspection
Walk-in freezer at -20C
Chest freezer (back area) at -28C
Display stand-up freezer, display chest freezer, and overhead freezer compartments all at -20C or below (minimum: -18C)
Two-compartment sink available at the back for occasional warewashing of sample utensils / equipment (e.g. knives). Drain plugs available
All equipment at the back (knives, tongs) in excellent sanitary condition
All food products are neatly organized and displayed at least 6" off the floor
No evidence of recent / visible pest activity. Back door is tightly shut when not in use

Sampling:
Air-fryer is used to cook and hot-hold samples. Temperature requirements were reviewed with the employee at time of inspection (e.g. cooking to a minimum internal temperature of 165F)
Thermometer available on-site

NOTE: Thermometer in display chest freezer (mounted on the side) is broken and three overhead freezer units are missing thermometers. Employee will be replacing them by the end of the week.
