-Hand wash station is fully stocked with liquid soap, paper towels, and hot and cold running water -All coolers holding potentially hazardous foods achieved 4C -Freezer units are all at -18C -Hot holding unit is holding foods at 60C -3 compartment sink is used appropriately. Bleach sanitizer is available -Labelled sanitizer spray bottle containing bleach solution achieves 100ppm Chlorine Improvement from last inspection. Good work!
