Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CEHS5L Did not observe raw eggs stored above celery in the walk-in cooler. Proper storage hierarchy noted in the walk-in cooler. Overall sanitation of the premises have slightly improved, however facility still require a deep clean. Clean and sanitize the following areas (noted from the last routine inspection) and maintain in a sanitary condition Floor of the walk-in cooler - below the metro shelvings Floor of the walk-in freezer - below the metro shelvings Underside of the handles of the reach-in coolers Deep fryer cabinets Oven - regardless if in use or not, still needs to be maintained in a sanitary condition Can opener Please address the above outstanding violations that were noted from the routine inspection conducted on May 17, 2022. If no improvements are noted in the second follow-up, increase enforcement actions (e.g. correction order/ ticket) may ensue.
